Pricing

Basic Package

For a set price of $50, clients will get the following:

  • Up to 5 full hours of research (including one-on-one client meetings);
  • Basic family tree research of all possible ancestors from publicly available resources (e.g. U.S. Population Census);
  • Simple printouts of genealogical resources (e.g. U.S. Population Census);
  • Basic genealogical reports for clients to keep and reproduce on their own.

Per-Hour Pricing

For very specific genealogical research, such as research for specific records or documents, AncestralNames.com charges $15 per hour.  This hourly rate includes the following:

  • One-on-one meeting sessions with clients to begin, and review, an actual project;
  • Actual research time on the specific project.

Not included in the hourly rate are any charges for the actual documents, including any service fees associated with obtaining copies of the documents.  These costs will be the sole responsibility of the clients.
